Products in China
To make your product procurement as quick and as simple as possible, we use the following procedure.
- Whenever possible we meet the client to listen to their requirements. All we need to begin the process is a product sample or specifications and information such as quantity, delivery date and target price etc.
- We instruct our factories to source materials and make a factory sample based on the clients sample.
- We present clients with the factory sample, quotation, Minimum Order Quantity etc.
- When the client is ready to order, we invoice the client. A negotiated deposit payment is required to process the order up to the factory prototype stage - the remaining fee will be invoiced when the bill of lading is issued.
- We instruct our factories to make a prototype.
- When the client is 100% happy with the prototype, we instruct the factory to begin final production.
- Shanleyintl will be present at the factory to undertake total quality control when production begins. Shanleyintl will refund both the initial deposit and final production fee to the client if the quality of the delivered goods is below that of the prototype.
- In order to avoid bank charges and fluctuations of exchange rates, the client can pay fees directly into Shanleyintl UK Bank Account. Shanleyintl will wire local Chinese currency for payment to the factory in China.
- Shanleyintl will arrange the shipping if clients require.
Trading Delegations
We are in contact with a number of Chinese government and business bodies that require access to US products and processes. This is normally done by sending an initial delegation from China to the US to source companies, products and processes.
